The 'techniques' she uses are from the very gentle touch that releases the birth strains in the new-born and their Mums and helps the drainage of sinuses and 'glue ear' . it can help with headaches, reduce 'migraines' . It can help the Lymphatic drainage of those that suffer from post viral fatigue. She can also help with strains such as ' frozen shoulders ' ,knee , back , and neck pain , She uses the gentlest techniques possible but this sometimes does involve manipulation of the joints that makes a 'clicking 'noise .

Ann is qualified in Osteopathy, ‘Cranial’ osteopathy and Biodynamic Osteopathy. She is a Fellow of the Sutherland Cranial college of Osteopathy. She has been a practising Osteopath since 1986. She uses a gentle Holistic approach to help enable You or your Child to reach Your/Their Health potential.
